What is a Korean Beef Soup (Seollongtang)?
Korean Beef Soup or Seollongtang is a traditional Korean broth soup made from ox bones, served with thinly sliced brisket in the soup. One can add pepper, salt, and chopped scallions according to personal taste. Seollongtang was originally invented during Joseon dynasty to feed people after nationwide sacrifices to their ancestors for the harvest.
